Next Level Property Media
By booking our services, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them simple and straightforward.
1. SERVICES & PRICING
• All prices are in NZD and include GST (15%).
• Prices shown at booking time will be honoured.
• Additional services beyond your package will be quoted separately.
• Prices may change without notice for future bookings.
2. BOOKING & SCHEDULING
• Book directly through our online calendar.
• Please ensure property access is arranged (lockbox codes, keys, or tenant coordination).
• If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time due to incorrect access details or unavailable keys, rescheduling fees may apply.
3. TURNAROUND TIME
• Photos & floor plans: within 24 hours of the shoot for residential properties.
• Video: within 48-72 hours of the shoot for residential properties.
4. DELIVERY & FILE STORAGE
• Files will be delivered via a download link or client portal.
• Files remain available for 60 days from delivery.
• You’re responsible for downloading and backing up your files.
• Re-delivery after 60 days: $50 fee (if files are still available).
5. REVISIONS
• Minor edits (brightness, colour, removing bins/hoses): free within 7 days.
• Major changes (re-editing, extensive retouching): may incur additional fees.
• Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
6. PAYMENT
• Payment due within 7 days of delivery.
Late payments:
• $25 per month or 5% of the balance (whichever is greater).
• We reserve the right to pursue legal recovery for outstanding debts.
7. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• No cancellation fees – we just appreciate as much notice as possible.
• Repeated cancellations (3 or more within 3 months) may require booking deposits for future shoots.
8. PROPERTY PREPARATION
• The client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, tidy, and ready for photography or video.
• We are not responsible for the presentation or cleanliness of the property.
• We can make small adjustments on-site (e.g. moving a chair, straightening bedding, or adjusting curtains) to help achieve the best result, but full staging or cleaning isn’t included.
• A Property Preparation Checklist is available to help you get the best results on shoot day.
• Agents are welcome to share this checklist with their vendors before the shoot to help ensure the property is photo-ready.
9. DRONE SERVICES
Our Compliance
• All drone operations comply with CAA Part 101 rules.
• We carry appropriate liability and UAV (drone) insurance.
• Flights are always subject to weather and airspace conditions and may be rescheduled if it’s unsafe to fly.
Property Permission
• By booking drone services, you confirm that the property owner (or authorised representative) has given permission for aerial photography/videography.
• If you’re an agent, we assume you’ve obtained this consent as part of your listing agreement.
Airspace & Safety
• We do not operate in restricted or controlled airspace unless permitted.
• We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a flight if weather, safety, or airspace restrictions make flying unsafe or unlawful.
• Safety always comes first — we’ll communicate promptly if rescheduling is required.
10. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
What you get:
• Full rights to use the media for marketing the property.
• Use on Trade Me, realestate.co.nz, social media, print, etc.
• Share with vendors and marketing agencies.
What we keep:
• We own the copyright to all media.
• We may use photos/videos for our portfolio and marketing.
• If you prefer we don’t, please let us know in writing at the time of booking.
What you can’t do:
• Sell or license the media to others.
• Use it for purposes unrelated to marketing the property.
• Alter the work in ways that misrepresent our brand.
11. LIABILITY & INSURANCE
• We carry public liability and UAV (drone) insurance.
• We take all reasonable care but aren’t liable for pre-existing damage or issues beyond our control.
• Please notify us of any safety hazards before the shoot (e.g. structural issues, aggressive pets, hazardous materials).
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
12. PRIVACY
• We handle your contact details in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
• Your information won’t be shared with third parties except as needed to provide services.
13. IMPORTANT STUFF
• These terms apply to bookings made from 3 December 2025.
• We may update these terms — please check our website for the latest version.
• If there’s a dispute, we’ll do our best to resolve it directly. If needed, it will be handled under NZ law in the Auckland courts.
• The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies unless services are provided for business purposes.
